**Assistant Manager/Manager, Product Support**
**Job Summary**
We are looking for an individual to join our Product Support team.
**Responsibilities**:
Product Maintenance
- Responsible for timely re-lodgement of Prospectus and Product Highlight Sheet (PHS) for regulatory filing with the Authority
- Responsible for product enhancements to support business initiatives and/or comply with regulatory changes. This will include amendment of Trust Deed, preparation of notice and ensure its timely dispatch to unitholders
- Requires working closely with the relevant functional units such as Legal, Compliance and Operations as well as external legal counsels and Trustee
- Responsible for complying with local filing and reporting requirements for funds registered for distribution in foreign countries. This will include preparation of monthly fund factsheets and translated prospectus
- Responsible for payout distributions of funds, ensure accuracy of information (i.e., distribution per unit) and periodic payouts are executed in a timely manner
- Involvement in periodic meetings with product committee on product matters (e.g., seek approval for new initiatives or update in existing projects)
- Monitor the billing of invoices for legal fees and other service vendors and ensure prompt payment
- Maintain product-related information and ensure availability to the firm
Product Development
- Responsible for setup of new products (Authorised and/or Restricted scheme), making sure the product features are accurately set out in the offering docs (Prospectus, PHS, Information Memorandum etc.); and product is timely registered with the Authority in sync with Sales’ product launch
- To co-ordinate with relevant teams to ensure operational matters of the new product are covered and ready for launch. This will include working with relevant function units such as Dealing team, Operations and Compliance
Support for the Business Development Division
- Respond to product-related requests from internal and/or external stakeholders
- Work on ad-hoc projects or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
**Job Requirements**
- Degree, preferably in Business, Finance & Accountancy
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry (in product or compliance role would be advantageous)
- Good understanding of unit trusts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulours and diligent individual with positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Team player
