**Responsibilities**
- Design industry-leading cryptocurrency structured products for retail investors, mainly the ones consisting of options, futures, or other relevant derivatives
- Manage the product development from end to end, cooperate with engineering team to launch the product at OKX
- Optimize the front-end interface for retail investors, and enhance the user experience consistently
- Set up business data indicators, conduct data analysis and monitor the performance of the product
- Cooperate with growth team to advertise the products on the market. And propose further enhancement for the product according to feedback from the market

**Qualifications**
- Have in-depth knowledge and experience in financial products, such as options, futures, and other related structured products
- Be familiar with the basic theories and main concepts of financial engineering
- Have some experience in managing large and long-term projects, and can cooperate well with different teams to proceed efficiently
- Have some knowledge and great interest in the internet retail industry and cryptocurrency
- Be a good team player with great communication skills and innovation
- Bachelor degree or higher, over 5 years experience in the financial field, and have used English as the main official language. Master's degree or higher from a well-known university is highly desirable.
