[What the role is] At the Founders’ Memorial, we are creating a brand-new garden-museum experience for Singaporeans, by Singaporeans. A national landmark at the heart of our garden city, uncovering the story of how independent Singapore came to be, and bringing Singaporeans together to reflect and talk about the heritage of our founding leaders - what it means for us today and for the future. If the answer is "yes", join us at the Founders' Memorial [What you will be working on] - **Project Management**- Work collaboratively with curators, artists, digital practitioners, and exhibition designers to manage the content development, exhibition design and fabrication of Founders’ Memorial Galleries and key work streams leading to launch of the Founders’ Memorial in 2028. This includes liaising with vendors to oversee the production timeline of the upcoming Project Citizens SG60 showcase in 2025. - **Project Administration**- Undertake lead and support roles in budgetary, procurement and operational aspects of assigned projects, including scoping and drafting tenders, coordinating inputs from internal departments, identifying potential consultants and vendors, planning for tender-related briefings/meetings and preparing proposals and reports to update management and seek approvals. - **Budget Management**- Monitor and track budget utilisation of assigned projects, prepare reports and seek approval clearances for proper accountability of funds and resources. - **Documentation**- Put together post exhibition reports, with collated inputs from various departments. [What we are looking for] - Background of at least 5 - 7 years of working experience in architecture, spatial or experiential design and, project management including budget management - Proven track record in museum or exhibition development - An interest in Singapore history, particularly that of post-independence decades and/or experience with culture/heritage/arts sector-related work is preferred - Experience in supervising and managing a team will be advantageous - Project Management certification will be advantageous - Ability to think creatively to trouble-shoot and come up with solutions - Team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills - Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
