**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the growth and branding efforts of House on the Hill Montessori Pre - School. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our curriculum, values, and unique offerings to parents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the marketing agency and organisational leadership in achieving marketing KPIs.
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to drive student enrolment and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage engaging, authentic content across social media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring continuous improvements in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
- Produce marketing communications such as newsletters and updates for parents.
- Create engaging marketing materials—including brochures, social media posts, blog articles, and digital content—tailored for parents and the school community.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for the production of marketing collateral.
- Plan and support school events such as Open Houses and parenting workshops.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for events.
- Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with school staff to gather updates and success stories for promotional use.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience (preferably in education or service industry).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Social Media Management, Canva, and other design tools.
- Proficient in Wordpress, Mailchimp and Microsoft suite.
- Knowledge of SEO, and Channel Marketing Management.
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Passionate about early childhood education and working in a child-friendly environment.Experience with CRM implementation would be viewed favourably.
