Vita Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Construction Director to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Vita Partners is the Asia-Pacific’s largest pan-regional pure-play life science, innovation and R&D real estate platform. The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments - a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.

You will be the overall leader of the construction team, and take accountability for successful delivery of the project from a Safety, Quality, Time and Cost perspective.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Strong leadership skills and proven experience leading large multi-national and multi-cultural project teams.
- Proven experience in the delivery of Life Sciences, and pharmaceutical construction projects.
- Bring a high regard for Environmental Health, Safety & Quality culture and practice.
- Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to prepare reports, negotiate, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

**Education & Experience**:

- Recognized Degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Architecture or related disciplines
- Min. 15 years’ experience in leading and delivering successful large-scale Greenfield/Brownfield GMP projects for tier-1 life sciences clients across entire project lifecycle
- Ability to manage multi-discipline design and construction teams
- Ability to promote an open and informal communication environment that aims at growing mutual trust and teamwork
- Experience of working in a multi-culture, international environment
