Our client is a major player in the home appliance and electronics industry. They are looking for a Senior Specialist to join their AP & Reporting, Finance & Accounting team.
- 【 What you will be doing 】
- AP Function- Posting of Trade and Non-trade invoices after checking and verification, ensuring purchases are recorded timely and accurately into the Accounting System
- GL JV entries [accrual rebates, A&P (Advertising & Promotion) and admin, freight charge accrual, etc.] and making reversal of accrual when invoices received
- AP Payment
- GST, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.

Depending on availability and performance, additional reporting tasks will be assigned to this position (Month End Reporting tasks mentioned below take 4-5 working days at most)- Reporting of monthly financial reports
- Preparing monthly internal management reports
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance / Diploma with ACCA
- Min 2-3 years of full set accounting, audit and commercial experiences
- Conversant in Microsoft Excel is a must; SAP FICO module experience is a must (3+ years of experience is a plus)
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills; having experience in data analytic tools is a plus
- Ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion to strive and grow their career in Accounting and Finance**English Level**:
