**Associate Account Manager - Your future position?**

**Purpose**

- Reporting to: Senior Account Manager

**Core Responsibilities**
- Grow Givaudan’s business by managing designated accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor the Annual Development Plan (ADP) to ensure sales activities are on schedule and meet established success criteria
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers within your portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Keep a close eye on customer and competitor activities, maintaining up-to-date customer information to inform strategic decisions
- Support the seamless transition of customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production, ensuring a smooth process and customer satisfaction
- Help negotiate pricing agreements within established guidelines, managing credit, pricing, rebates, and other financial aspects for key accounts
- Collaborate in developing and delivering compelling internal and customer presentations that communicate Givaudan’s value proposition

**Main Requirements**
- Background from Food Science, Chemistry, Biological, Nutrition (or relevant Science fields)
- 3 to 8 years functional/technical sales experience
- Ability to develop basic Annual Development Plans for important customers
- Can identify and articulate value drivers for key customers
- Experience generating new business, with assistance of experienced account professional
- Experience with customer strategy, projects, priorities, and launch processes
- Basic understanding of competitor activities with key customers
