Recruitment Coordinator

**Purpose**
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Facilitate pre-employment processes, including reference checks and verification of documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing and organizing new hire documentation, announcements, and insurance matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment team.
**Job Requirements**
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or related HR roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
