- Provide support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of returned mails and client documentation services in CPB Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review credit documents and account maintenance documents
- Provides support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of returned mails and client documentation services in CPB Asia.
- Regular communications with Marketing and other ops units to follow up on issues and areas of concerns.
- Involves in data remediation exercises
- Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Department Head.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:
Essential
- Preferably with 1 years of experience in banking operations
