As a Product Test Engineer at Silicon Labs, you will play a key role in our next generation MCU and Wireless products through test development, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing release.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead product and test improvement of high speed and mixed signal ICs from the production launch stage through product lifecycle.
- Optimize product yield and manufacturing cost while maintaining excellent product quality.
- Support investigations on Product process improvements and customer returns.
- Maintain hardware and software readiness for device characterization, reliability qualification, and production test.
- Perform characterization and reliability qualification of new suppliers and provide statistical analysis of results.
- Review test solutions on automated test equipment (ATE) for IoT products which include data converters, phase-locked loops, embedded microcontrollers and non-volatile memory, RF circuitry, sensors, LDOs, DC-DC converters, and other analog/mixed-signal circuitry.

**Skills You Will Need**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Product and Test Engineering preferred
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering required, M.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Software development including C/C++, Visual Basic, PERL, Python
- Experience and proven record of working with yield improvement projects
- Experience with Teradyne J750 or similar ATE test systems
- Experience with test development of mixed signal or RF circuits
- Silicon Dash, Minitab or similar data analysis tools
- Proficiency of statistical analysis and process control
