CHENG LIE Navigation Company (CNC Line) is a leader in intra-Asia trade. Subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, CNC Line offers personalized services and has specific expertise in the transport of containers with temperature control (refrigerated containers or Reefers).

In this role, you will be reporting to Assistant Manager, Partnership Agreement Controller. You will be support the team in slot contracts negotiations as well as providing analytical support in structuring, reviewing new and/or existing Alliance partnership.

To excel in this role, you should be someone with strong negotiation skills and the ability to deal and perform under pressure.

**Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to**:
Negotiate with alliance partners on various matters such as port omission, blank sailing, vessels sliding, compensation, etc

Liaise with internal stakeholders on slot compensation issues with Partners

Manage and draft Agreements such as Slot Charter, Slot Exchange and Vessel Sharing Agreements and regulatory filing for new services

Maintain and build partners’ relationship, liaise with Operation teams to maintain smooth operations on alliance services

Communicate with internal stakeholders on service changes and/or new service launch

Review on slot cost with partners and adjustment for bunker factor and charter hire on a monthly or quarterly basis

Ensure accurate monthly settlement with Partners, to reconcile monthly statements for bill-able or payable to alliance partners such as over-use, reefer plugs usage, etc

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and attention to details with a drive for result.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree of relevant discipline, maritime studies would be advantageous

At least 1 to 3 years of experience in shipping and/or logistics industry

Proficient in MS Excel i.e. formulas, pivot tables, vlookup etc.

Prior experience in Network planning and/or trade management would be a plus
