Licensing Coordinator

About the role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Licensing Coordinator, so support or Operations and Licensing team. The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for state licensing regulatory compliance in all states in which we do business and across all entities and sub-entities.

Essential Functions:

- Administer the corporate and individual insurance license renewals in all states
- Process corporate licensing for multiple entities/locations, Insurance Adjuster licensing, and appointments/terminations/renewals of same in all states
- Work closely with Department of Insurance, Agents, and licensing vendors to resolve any licensing issues
- Maintain active knowledge within all 50 states of requirements and compliance for Corporate, Insurance P&C, Surplus Lines, and Claim Adjusters
- Provide excellent client service to multi-state companies with business license issues including compliance and related taxes
- Manage producer contract processes to include Applications, Contracts, and Addendums
- Activate or terminate producers
- Create and maintain high level compliance reporting
- Maintain licensure databases
- Administer Business Licensure for all sub-entities

Requirements (education, experience, skills):

- Associates Degree or equivalent insurance experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Insurance licensing required
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance industry and/or related compliance Attention to detail
- Very strong organizational skills are required
- Ability to communicate effectively with state departments of insurance and supervisory entities
- Ability to track multiple state schedules and plan ahead
