Key Responsibilities
- Analyze OpCos’ functional needs and define appropriate solutions roadmaps, aligned with global directions (strategy, governance, and business objectives).
- Support the OpCos’ Strategic and Annual Planning processes from a functional and technical perspective and be a major contributor to the related budgeting planning activities.
- Assess the discrepancies between existing solutions and requirements. Lead the process of evaluating the need for local deployments.
- Support the selection or development of regional and local solutions by providing functional and technical design support to counterparts.
- Be an active member of the various global HEINEKEN DBB communities interacting with different stakeholders such as Architects, Product and Deployment Teams. Be the point of reference for DBB information in the APAC Region and OpCos.
- Exchange with D&T Leaders throughout the region to ensure IT asset management practices and standards are known and understood.

Competences, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation Lead, IT Program Management or related fields. Knowledge and understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Strategic minded person, capable of understanding and translating high-level principles and guidance into operational tasks and targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within highly constrained environments, showing high degree of reliability, organization, and autonomy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a multinational environment.
