**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The **Graphic designer for Creative Creation** works on putting together creative content made up of visuals: image/video/GIF/graphics/charts and text/copy based on research to achieve results.

Creation of 80% digital creative and 20% G-suite creative for Google Slide/Doc/Sheet. Creatives consist of but not limited to images, illustrations, graphics, charts and video creation/editing and animation.

Must be able to follow and expand on Brand Guidelines.

Ability to follow directions from a project brief and feedback with a respectable attitude to provide solutions.

Works closely with the team to support on creative creation needs.

Must be able to communicate design work through written communication with an open-minded approach to receiving feedback.

**THE DAY TO DAY AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

On a day to day basis, the **Graphic designer for Creative Creation** will have the following responsibilities but not limited to:

- Work in a fast-pace environment, where it is crucial to follow our brand guidelines and create engaging designs based on these brand guidelines.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Ability to put together creative communication editable on G-Suite: Slide, Doc, and Sheet
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed and on time.
- Communicating with the team and clients about layout and design.
- Creating a wide range of graphics, images, layouts and designs for our website, blog, presentations, digital
- and social media
- projects
- Creating a wide range of video and GIFs for company and client projects with software such as Premiere and After Effects.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Research the latest design trends.
- Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines

**A FEW MORE OF OUR REQUESTS AND DESIRES**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 3 years experience as a graphic designer or related field.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Must be proficientin Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.
- Knowledge in Google G-Suite: Document, Slides, Sheets
- A strong eye for visual composition.
- A strong eye for color schemes.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- At least 3 recommendation from past work experience
