**Sales Development Representative (SDR)**

Sales Axcelerate is looking for energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new leads and creating sales opportunities for our sales team by reaching out to potential customers through cold calls and door-to-door visits. With a strong focus on excellent customer service, you will employ effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and/or conduct door-to-door visits to introduce our client’s products or services
- Engage in persuasive communication to spark interest and secure appointments for Account Executives to close the sale
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately document call and visit details, follow-ups, and appointments, as well as other customer interactions, using our CRM software.
- Continuously enhance your sales skills and techniques through regular training and coaching.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies aimed at increasing sales and boosting customer satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings and provide updates on sales progress and challenges.
- Represent Sales Axcelerate with professionalism and integrity at all times.

**Requirements**:

- No prior sales experience required - we value young, eager learners who can adapt quickly and grow within our company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Student job
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per month
