- Able to produce AutoCAD M&E drawings.
- Generate as built drawings
- Attend meetings with Sales/Project staff for drawing issues. Liaise with consultants/maincon for design & preparation of drawings.
- Any Urgent duties or drawings assigned by the superior must carried out.
- Support additional manpower when needed
- Assist in Project tenders (Quantity Surveyor related works

Requirement
- Minimum GCE 'O'/ 'N' Level/ Nitec/ relevant skill certificate
- Fluent command of english, read and write. Chine
- Having working experience in relevant industry. Applicants without are also welcome too.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Etc)
- Proficient with AutoCAD.
- Bilingual in Chinesee and English to communicate with Chinese and English associates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
