We are looking for a new team member to join our school as our Admin & Marketing associate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the invoices of students, schedule management
- Creating collaterals for internal events, e.g. Performance Days every 3 months
- Copywriting social media posts for Facebook/Instagram content calendars - including news on events, company offerings and entertainment
- Editing experience: Video/audio podcasts for organic posts via iMovie, Adobe software knowledge would be a bonus

**Required skill sets**:

- Initiative and independency
- Solution focused attitude, meticulousness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when liaising which students/coaches
