**Job brief**:
We are looking for a Drafter to work with our team of Engineers and convert designs into technical plans.

Responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements and setting up production methods.

Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, C&S drawings, Electrical drawings, Bim Drawings and are familiar with building processes.

Ultimately, you’ll help us build functional, secure and well-designed products and structures that meet our needs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To construct model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction.
- Update model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.
- To develop design drawings using AutoCAD.
- Monitor and conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution for Project Design Team.
- Achieve the drawing submission schedule.
- To coordinate, communicate with clients and execute project on site independently.
- Good level of communication and teamwork with different individuals representing multiple disciplines to achieve optimum building information modelling (BIM) performances.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in Revit Archi, Mechanical, Electrical, Microsoft Office and building information modelling (BIM).
- Able to adapt to construction site environment.Proven work experience as a Drafter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software, **C&S drawings, Electrical drawings, Bim Drawings.**:

- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
- Good math skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
