To us, nothing is impossible when you have the people with the passion to make anything possible. **Job Position: Production Control Planner** **Department: Production Control & Logistics** **Primary Job Purpose**: - Receive & manage customer orders, generate level production schedules and customer ship plan - Support new program launches - Liaise with Sales & PCL to provide 18 months SIOP forecast - Ensure on time delivery to customers - Liaise with team to meet the monthly revenue - Maintain system and record accuracy e.g inventory, schedules, forecast, planned orders - Liaise with production to ensure production schedules & customer ship plan on track - Generate & review customer waterfall chart e.g root causes of week by week variations >20% - Review & analyze Customer On Time To Request for customer - Maintain WIP & Finish goods inventory at optimum level - Provide support & coverage to PC&L Supervisor - Conformance to relevant audit requirement - Achieve PC&L KPI - Deploy & implement 5S and LEAN initiatives **Job Requirements**: - Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic or equivalent - At least 2 years’ experience in production planning/ scheduling - Good time management and able to handle stress under tight timeline - Good interpersonal skills - Quick thinking and highly drive to solve problems Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
