**Duties/Scope of work**

1) Purchasing
- Perform purchasing duties for the company
- Sourcing for new vendors that offer better price/quality/services

2) Admin
- Record daily outgoing mails for posting & prepare monthly postage usage report
- Collect incoming mails and distribute accordingly
- Liaise with courier company; verify daily incoming documents from courier company & distribute accordingly
- Provide receptionist duties; including answer company's main line, serve drinks to visitors, reservation of meeting room
- Other job duties as assigned by manager

3) Claims Processing
- Responsible for receiving, recording, and processing incoming insurance claims.
- Settle claims within the specified timeframe.
- Respond to client / insurer inquiries in accordance with service standards.
- Ensure all claims are filed with relevant insurers in a timely manner & follow up on reimbursements from insurers / liable parties immediately upon settlement and fully execute recourse actions, if any.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level & above
- Independent, analytical, meticulous and have a pleasant disposition
- Able to interact effectively at all levels and show positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in Cargo Marine Claims preferred

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
