Job Description Assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) at coporate and site level. Responsible for implementing all QA/QC inspection and testing, as required by specifications or by regulatory requirements. Review vendors quality procedures such as WPS/PQR/WQR, NDE and painting procedures. Prepare quality procedures such as Inspection and Test Plan in accordance with clients' specification and code requirements. Prepare, review and submission of test reports and compile final dossier (MDR) per client requirements. Conduct periodic internal audit to verify compliance of IMS or project quality plan. Perform inspection at vendor location or site to verify purchased equipment comply with applicable PO, procedures, and clients' requirements. Coordinate with clients, third-party inspection agencies and sub-vendors on all inspection and quality related matters.Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Engineering with 5-8 years QAQC experiences in EPC projects. Knowledge in Non-Destructive Test such as RT, UT, PT, MT and able to interpret test results. Able to read, understand and interpret technical requirements, quality procedures, drawings, P&ID. Detail-oriented and have strong communication skills and able to work with people from all levels. Willing to travel and work at vendor location or site when required. Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel. Experiences in wastewater, desalination, water utility package is preferred.
