**What the role is**

You will be responsible for HR sector workforce policies, frameworks and approaches.

[What will you be working on]

The responsibilities include the following:

- Review of various HR sector workforce policies, frameworks and approaches, taking into consideration various internal and external demands as well as research and studies on sector workforce development, which includes but not limited to talent development and management
- Work closely with other HR sector partners to provide HR advices, answer to queries and engage the sub-sectors i.e. mosques and madrasah.
- Collate and administer annual and revised budget exercise and other resourcing needs of respective projects under the Sector Workforce Development Unit
- Strategise and implement the annual action plans & the Muis 3-year workplan of respective projects so as to maintain attractiveness of the sector
- Any other administrative support needed (as assigned by COE or supervisors), e.g. arrange for meetings, coordinate engagement workshops, etc

[What we are looking for]
- Background in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Public Policy or equivalent, with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience in areas like:

- Human Resource/ Organisational Development;
- Some background and experience in leadership and talent management functions will be useful; or
- Experience in sector/industry development strategic policy and planning will be useful
- Having a religious sector knowledge will be an advantage
- Analytical, resourceful and have a deep understanding of people development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage people at all level
