**Job Title: Sales Executive / Supervisor**

**Position: Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing men's accessories, offering expert advice on our range of neckties, cufflinks, and bracelets.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and keep up-to-date with new arrivals and trends.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked at all times.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for men's fashion and accessories.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or business is a plus.

**Position: Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Keen eye for detail and high standards of store presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion, business, or a related field is preferred.
