Sampling Services Senior Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build strong internal relationships with Supply Chain and Commercial to support best in class service for clients;
Advise internal customer and provide guidance on a new global process related to sample orders;
Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support;
Interpret and analyze process KPIs and propose action plans for performance improvement, and customer satisfaction;
Act as SAP superuser for sampling order management;
Work closely with peers in other regions to improve a global process;
Act as the SPOC (single point of contact) in the region of support;
Ensure process documentation is maintained and updated regularly.

**We value**:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of experience in in Customer Care, Commercial environment and/or Supply Chain is preferred;
Knowledge of SAP;
Good communication skills and ability to read and write business English & Chinese;
Service orientated, problem solving & continuous improvement mind-set;
Ability to support the global team and also work independently under mínimal supervision.
