Assist in the submission of all tenders in an orderly manner.
- Assist in budget control for all projects.
- Preparation of invoices for projects.
- Sourcing materials, tools, or other project related items
- Keep all submitted tenders in safe custody.
- Monitoring of payments received, sending out payment reminders and etc.
- Maintain filing system for clarification and submissions.
- Assist in all other general admin functions.
- Any other adhoc admin duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point, etc.)
- Effective English written and oral communication skills are a prerequisite.
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Good typing speeds
- Motivated and self-driven individual
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work beyond normal working hours
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, prioritize and multi task
- Ability to work with multi ethnic work force
