**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure rendered services of the highest quality
- Manage finances for both front and back of house
- Act as mentor to develop leaders and team in general
- Challenge new ideas while actively balances risks and opportunities
- Develop business leads via sustainable relationships
- Drive customer satisfaction and improved market position

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma.

Preferably specialize in Construction and Aircon servicing sector.
- At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in Construction and aircon services.
- Experience working with different team dynamics.
- Good leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Team player with effective communication skills at all level
