**Position Summary**:
Based in Singapore, this role will drive commercial execution through business intelligence, data analytics, formalization of business processes, as well as tactical planning and commercial excellence activities to support business growth in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. A key member of the SEA commercial excellence team, this position will collaborate closely with finance, sales, marketing, and other functions to provide actionable insights from commercial data to drive growth in SEA.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Business Intelligence and Analytics_
- Drive structured management reporting via monthly analytics dashboards on key commercial metrics to facilitate leadership decision-making
- Generate and analyze business reports to provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders for formulation of business/action plans, aligned to business requirements
- Drive user adoption and training on new analytical models, tools and reporting dashboards
- Use MS Excel, Tableau, and/or other data analytics tools to support business intelligence needs
- Commercial and Operational Excellence_
- Understand business and data requirements from internal users and/or distributors, and enhance DIS functionalities and capabilities accordingly, while maintaining simplicity and usability of the system
- Ensure timely submission of distributor data, reliability of data inputs, and data integrity in DIS, in collaboration with all key stakeholders
- Monitor customer orders against demand forecasts, and in-market sales on a weekly and monthly basis and highlight potential gaps for further actions
- Strategic Initiatives and Business Planning_
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to implement Commercial Excellence programs to drive competitive advantage and program management mechanisms / dashboards to track implementation and progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support SEA leadership, business and functional stakeholders in developing presentations and reports for business reviews, strategic plans and initiatives, along with other management presentations

**Education / Experience Requirements**:

- Degree in a Business, Finance, Science, Engineering discipline, or equivalent educational qualification
- At least 2-3 years of prior experience in data analysis and business operations
- Ability to derive insights and formulate recommendations by integrating and leveraging multiple sources of data
- Ability to communicate and present well to both internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in distributor / channel partner performance management through KPIs would be a plus
- Strong excel skills are a key requirement for this position
