This role is pivotal in creating a nurturing environment for young learners, ensuring smooth operations across all locations, and driving growth through innovative programming and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee the daily operations at multiple centers, ensuring seamless delivery of classes and activities.
- **Leadership & Team Development**: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of instructors and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work culture.
- **Customer Engagement**: Address inquiries and concerns from parents promptly, delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Marketing Strategy**: Drive enrollment and participation by implementing targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- **Facility Oversight**: Maintain safe, clean, and well-equipped facilities conducive to learning and play.
- **Resource Management**: Plan class schedules, allocate manpower, and manage budgets effectively.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure all operations align with regulatory guidelines and the company’s values.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role, preferably in education or enrichment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Passion for working with children and understanding their development needs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Working Hours**:

- **5½-day work week**(Weekends included):Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
1-hour lunch break daily.
