Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. - Responsible for post - deal execution support to ensure smooth delivery of services - Build a robust SOP on various work streams and maintain close communicate with internal stakeholders - Take ownership for on boarding cash - only deposits customers and ensure profit targets for cash products are achieved as a whole - Support RM in preparing the forms and paper work required for internal approvals - Support RM in fronting the customers on all operational requirement - Work in partnership with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth processing of transactions - Work in partnership with Compliance and Legal to ensure all process are in full compliance - Provide timely reporting on operational matters and regular monitoring to ensure work flow process is smooth - Maintain good housekeeping, and ensure prompt turnaround time, and responses are reasonable - Work in partnership with RM teams to provide seamless pre and post sales support and ensure customers' satisfaction **Job Requirements** - Degree qualified - Minimum 5 years' experience in banking and finance industry, in particularly, operational support or customer service - Experience in project management and coordination to collaborate across other teams - Familiar and comfortable with process - oriented tasks - Good understanding of corporate banking products, and services MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
