Our client is one of the largest Asian banks and is looking for an experienced VP of Trade product Management to bring innovation and digitisation in Trade Products and executing the strategy across Asia and Oceania region.
- Developing product strategy, commercialisation, and execution of Trade Products across the Asia & Oceania and ensuring that the products are fit for purpose.
- Regular interaction with RMs and Transaction Banking Sales teams to ensure that the Trade products are well understood and are able to sell the product and grow the business.
- Understanding the evolving client needs and market changes and aligning and building Trade Product Capabilities.
- Bringing innovation and digitisation in Trade Products.
- Able to work with stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Treasury and Trade Product Development team.
- Responsible for maintaining the competitive positioning of the products
- Work with FX and Cash teams to ensure cross-sell of FX and Cash along with Trade through product bundling and structuring.

**Job requirements**
- 12 years of Banking experience with 8 years in Trade Finance
- Trade Product Management experience in an international bank is highly desirable, good commercialisation experience advantageous.
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation including using influencing skill to drive business
- Bias for action and ability to get things done; Perseverant, Analytical and ability to manage ambiguity.
