**Sustainability Program Manager, Responsible Supply Chain Responsibilities**:

- Examine through root cause analysis and manage supplier performance improvements against RSC standards
- Contribute to improvement programs that support sustained high supplier performance
- Support implementation of social and environmental responsibility programs and assurance activities at suppliers
- Maintain positive, proactive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Engage with sourcing (procurement), legal, business units and other cross-functional teams to align program objectives and manage key metrics
- Provide day-to-day coordination for RSC activities or projects and effectively communicate status and priorities to team members and cross-functional partners
- Assess opportunities, risks, and trends in priority sourcing countries
- Contribute to internal and external reporting and communications
- represent Meta externally, as needed
- Contribute to the RSC assurance program strategy and its implementation

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
- Proven ability to deliver results through personal leadership and influencing others
- First level university degree in business management, natural sciences, law, or similar
- Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to self-manage complex program delivery on a regional level
- Strong sense of diplomacy
- Ability to travel internationally (25-30%)
- Demonstrated ability to understand and reconcile conflicting inputs and propose go-forward solutions that meet the needs of the overall group and the individuals

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin. Mandarin is preferred because the role manages relationships with suppliers in China and communications are generally in Mandarin.
- An advanced degree in sustainability related field, human rights, environment, health and safety, corporate responsibility, or public policy
- Experience in supply chains, social responsibility, ethical sourcing field, including supplier on-site assessments and development
- Experience with supply chain codes of conduct preferably in technology or electronics sector
