**What you’ll achieve**

As a CSG GTM for APJ, you will Develop the marketing and execution plan for Commercial clients go to market for Asia-Pacific & Japan markets. It is a highly dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to work with talented people across the various departments at Dell and be highly influential in delivering the optimal business result for the company for the region.

**You will**:

- Oversee the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product/ solution strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share
- Work with cross-functional teams from demand generation marketing, programs, and plays teams to ensure we have the right account targeting & talking points to deliver the financial plan and market premium; Develop content for internal and external audiences relaying product/solution strategies and value propositions, including customer presentations and sales training materials
- Develop and deploys programs to train Dell Sales, channel partners, and other departments
- Manages product/ solutions launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize the P&L impact of product transitions. Provides input into product transition playbooks (may also draft the playbooks)

**Essential Requirements**:

- Have the ABC's always be a curious mindset. Establish a robust weekly Business Management system with clear agreed action items. Identifying opportunities for profitable market share growth & other quarterly LOB key priorities. Understand key drivers in business: customer requirements, market & competition analysis. Work with cycle strategists, field marketing, and merchandising to understand each region's competitive climate from a 4P POV. Provide effective guidance to BU leadership on business priorities and coordinate schedules with segment planning processes. Establish weekly BMS to track & action critical KPIs / quarterly / half objectives. Provide market opportunity analysis as part of the quarterly and yearly planning process.
- Build a detailed GTM plan to meet and exceed the desktop annual operating plan and grow at a premium to market.
- Collaborate with X-Functional teams - demand generation marketing, programs & plays, Pricing, Online, and Channel, to expand our business within the broader Dell customer base (upsell) & acquire net new customers to Dell (Acquisition)
- Work with key partners such as Intel, Microsoft, and Nvidia to leverage vendor funds to support internal/external demand generation activities to hit the plan. Track execution of programs and ensure lead follow-up working with Cycle Strategists, FMM Leads, and Specialist teams.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree. Ability to develop, implement and own commercial notebook strategy, Need to be creative, Critical thinking, Business and financial acumen, Out of the box thinker
- Always be curious mindset, Data is their friend. Use data to provide a fact base to support business/rationale as to why. Self Starter, Complete tasks independently with little direction. Proactive and take ownership of their work, Able to prioritize their tasks without needing constant supervision, Excellent problem-solving skills to help them overcome roadblocks.
