Qc Checker

**Job Description**:
As QC Checker, you will support the Operations team in data collection and processing in the following areas:

- Conduct in-person mystery audits to ensure compliance to service standards
- Conduct telephone interviews to obtain relevant information by asking questions from a prepared outline
- Contact individuals from a prepared list of names to explain the objectives and protocol
- Conduct data entry of collected data
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum O levels
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets
- Good listening, interpersonal and interviewing skills
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Achieving Quota and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently
