Clinic Assistant

Ensure the clinic operates smoothly on a daily basis.
- Coordinate patient registrations, manage appointments, handle payment collections, and submit claims.
- Process cash, credit card payments, electronic fund transfers, and NETS transactions, ensuring accurate documentation for all transactions.
- Utilize the Clinic Management System effectively.
- Conduct basic health screenings, including height, weight, blood pressure, vision tests, and Electrocardiogram (ECG) assessments.
- Manage and process blood, urine, and stool samples, coordinating with laboratories for collection and delivery.
- Assist doctors with medical procedures as needed.
- Monitor and manage medication and equipment inventory.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to speak dialects is a plus.
- Honest and demonstrates integrity in all tasks.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate, friendly, patient, and cheerful demeanor.
- Good communication skills.
- 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
