Regional Senior Associate, Operations

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring and reporting countries' KPIs, including tracking of overall improvement goals and outcomes
- Scripting (Python) on Queries to help countries understand their data and finding Red Flags to look for improvement opportunities
- Manage project to fix issues from local countries
- Execute process improvement/query improvement initiative across countries to improve KPIs situationally
- Build a central knowledge base of best practices and solutions to scale operations across the region
- Document finalised initiatives into standardised operating procedures expeditiously
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel, data reporting and Python scripting
- Strong ability in evaluating and carrying out deep analysis in operational performance, through data-driven decision making paired with strong business acumen
- Proven ability in presenting data to key stakeholders, with deep expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel in analysis and presentation process
- Strong hands-on driven management approach and comfortable in operating at all levels of seniority in ensuring key performance targets are met.
