Singapore CCH MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Finance team as Vice President - Entity Control focusing on the front-to-back trade flow including trade booking and revenue recording. Other key responsibilities include:
**1.**Month End Close**
- Perform day-to-day finance operations, which include recording financial transactions in the ledger and account reconciliations.
- Drive the timely Month End Close process including journal preparation
- Monitor and review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness. Reconcile and resolve any accounting discrepancies

**2.**Financial Reporting**
- Oversee timely and accurate preparation of statutory financial statements and group reporting in compliance with IFRS and regional listing standards (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
- Ensure audit readiness and liaise with external and internal auditors
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and financial controls
- Present key financial updates and insights to senior management

**3.**Risk Management & Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk management practices, and international financial regulations.

**4.**Operational Excellence**
- Drive process improvements and technology adoption to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Lead initiatives to integrate financial processes across the Group, ensuring consistency and scalability.

**5.**Others**
- Participate in and co-ordinate various Finance workstreams of the Company’s Tech Transformation project
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks/projects in support of department or Company’s initiatives.

**Knowledge / Experience Required**:

- Degree in Accountancy or Finance, Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in either Product Control, Financial Control or Financial Reporting in major banks or financial institutions
- Strong working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and accounting principles
- Finance System transformation / Project Management experience would be desirable
- Familiarity with Trade booking/Finance systems including Sentry, Quantum and FIS
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Independent and confident in engaging senior management
- Change and continuous improvement mindset
