**The Role**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing key financial and operating matrices, building processes and work closely with the finance and operational teams to support the growth of the company.

This is a high-performance team that incubates the next leaders of the organization. You will be able to gain experience on how a global startup expands its customer base in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will work on strategic, cross-border, and high-impact projects, which will directly impact the scale of the business.

**Responsibilities**

High performing finance business partners hold a rare blend of skills. You must be able to always see the big picture whilst helping implement procedural change. Additionally, you will also:

- Support business decision making through robust financial analysis
- Guide business towards target delivery through budget control
- Swift executor with a keen eye for details - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. If you can balance those two, you will thrive in this team.
- Optimist with a can-do attitude - we are a lean team and many times responsibilities may fall out of one’s exact job description; we are looking for folks that are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. A self-starter attitude is a must

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related field with an emphasis on analytical skills from a recognized university.
- 4-7 years of relevant working experience from FP&A, Data analytics or Strategy function
- Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment
- Comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change
- Data enthusiast - Proficiency in data modelling, setting up dashboards, experience in SQL preferred / a plus. Let the numbers do the talking
- Aspiring leader - we need you to lead projects that create a high impact in multiple countries
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as required to liaise with our Mandarin speaking staff overseas.
