**Responsibilities**:

- Able to perform setup, installation, configuration of servers (Up to the latest Server OS), network equipment (e.g., switches, firewall), and Desktops/Laptops.
- Able to perform hardening of server equipment.
- Provide IT technical support to various stakeholders.
- Prepare incident reports for infrastructure related outages.
- Carry out support for troubleshooting related issues to internal teams or external clients, including basic PC and network peripherals.
- Maintain all IT related issues and are properly logged and updated.
- Ensure all systems, network and infrastructure meets SLA.
- Assist in Infra project execution for office and customer on-site deployment.
- Provision Windows and Server OS Tech-Refresh and migration.

**Requirements**:

- At least a diploma or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with enterprise architecture (3 tier architecture)
- Good technical knowledge on servers and network technologies.
- Good knowledge in Active Directory, Group Policies, IPv4/DHCP, DNS.
- Experience in Level 1/2 support for customers and clients.
- Possess fundamental knowledge on security and vulnerability-based approach to security hardening.
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server, VMWare, Server backup, Network Configuration, Desktop/Laptop basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Good bi-directional and collaborative attitude in order to work as a professional in a team.
- Willing to travel to customer sites for IT deployment occasionally.
