Partner/Supplier Management Manager

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Manage HPE’s Outsource Manufacturing Partners and Suppliers.
- Manage Business Metrics for the organization (e.g. non-conformance defect %, inventory $ and aging days, and process compliance audits).
- Drive Monthly Interlocks and reviews to ensure the Partners and Suppliers are able to meet the Business Metrics, ensure root cause analysis for metric(s) in red, and resolve any escalations.
- Lead/support Process Compliance Audits at Partner to ensure compliance and continuous process improvement.
- Support customer and agency audits as needed
- Participate in projects with HPE’s cross functional team and Partners/Suppliers (e.g. Kaizen, Process Improvement, Inventory Hub, etc) to achieve best in class supply chain.
- Manage part quality at warehouse and factory, including management of purges and screening/rework of parts
- Manage returns of defective parts from other factories

**_ Education and Experience Required:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in a supply chain function or related field (e.g. Engineering, Project Management, Business Management)
- Prior experience in more than one supply chain function will be highly advantageous
- Prior experience in managing suppliers and partners will be highly advantageous

**_ Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Understanding of material properties and Mechanical and Electrical part design and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking, statistical / data modelling ability, and problem-solving skills for making key business decisions
- Some understanding of supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistic and warehousing)
- Excellent project management skills
- Well organize with excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
