We recognize your performance in both tangible and intangible ways, by providing you development opportunities and making you feel respected. **The Opportunity** You will be part of team in championing Learning & Engagement activities for Singapore-based employees. **Learning Portfolio**: The key responsibilities will include - reviewing and identifying appropriate learning partners and solutions; - crafting and contextualizing learning content that are business relevant and impactful; - Implementing and tracking the Compliance training for on-boarding and completion rates timely; - Staying current on learning trends and methodologies covering generic employability, functional (service / sales / new-economy) or management / leadership development programmes and bring that relevance to the design of learning solutions; - arranging logístical support for all programmes for enjoyable learning experiences; **Engagement Portfolio**: The key responsibilities will include: - Implementing Engagement and Pulse surveys, supported by data insights and aligned with the broader value proposition. - Planning and implementing the annual calendar on employee engagement activities and touchpoints. Such may include annual town-halls, celebrations and engagement events etc, to foster a positive employee experience. - Organize, implement, and coordinate with colleagues across 6 locations in Singapore for meaningful events, programmes, activities. - Marshal resources, encourage and solicit employees' participations for events. - Assuming different roles for engagement activities as needed, e.g. emcee, logistics planning / coordination etc. Working with a team with a common goal towards business success, you aspire to develop your L&D expertise with a forward-looking organization. As a fundamental, you operate with compliance and integrity and enjoy understanding about the business to broaden your functional knowledge. Apart from providing timely services to our internal customers, you will partake in HR projects that will benefit to our journey of being Best Place to Work. - Job Requirements - **Requirements: Do you have the following requirements?** - A Degree in Business / Human Resources with at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably with Learning and/or Employee Engagement; - You enjoy in-person interaction (over digital) and subscribe to the mind-set of continuous learning and is keenly aware of the latest trends on HR, L&D or Employee Engagement; - Meticulous, diligent and the perseverance to see things through; conviction to stay on course towards enabling the company to be a Learning Organisation; - You have initiative, enjoy planning and organizing programmes and activities for meaningful outcomes (not a check-box mentality). - You thrive in a collaborative environment, are able to operate with discipline and rigour, are highly adaptable to fast-moving business environment. - Prior experiences with LMS / EES portals and high comfort level working with MS Office Suite is necessary. **About the Company** A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
