**Role Responsibilities**
- Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical).
- Analyse transactions and prepare reports.
- Perform regular and detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.
- Oversee Fixed Asset, general ledger reconciliation and manage account payable/receivable.
- Brief leadership regularly on company’s financial status.
- Stay informed and ensure timely implementation in compliance with Singapore tax regulations.
- Monitor book-keeping activities regularly and establish accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure high accuracy of submission of all financial statements in accordance to the FRSS.

**Required experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or Finance and a CA certification.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within Finance and Accounting.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Inventory Accounting and Month/Year-end Closing Processes.
- Conversant with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge as well as experience in account software such as Xero/ Quickbooks.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English both speaking and in writing.
