**In this role, you will**:

- Engage with internal stakeholders for Salesforce based enhancements, integrations and daily operational support
- Maintain and administer SFDC database, custom objects and fields, data loading and maintaining page layouts
- Create documentation, maintain standardization and continuously improvising on processes and procedures
- Manage support requests and the administrative needs of SFDC users, which includes but not limited to creating new users, assigning profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, etc.
- Create and maintain Salesforce configuration, including but not limited to validation rules, workflow rules, sharing rules, page layouts, data fields, visual flow and list views
- Implement resulting updates and corrections in a timely manner
- Ensure proper data structure and relationships are maintained
- Conduct regular checks on data accuracy and perform data cleanup and de-duping procedures
- Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required

**To help you succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience developing on Salesforce CRM system platform
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
- Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
- Strong time management skills ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
