As a Microsoft Dynamics Navi/Business Central Functional Consultant ,you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, configure the system, conduct training, and provide ongoing support. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Requirement Analysis**:Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and gather detailed requirements for the Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.

2. **Solution Design**:Translate business requirements into functional design specifications, configuring the system to meet client needs while adhering to best practices.

3. **Configuration and Customization**:Customize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central based on business requirements, including setup of modules, fields, workflows, and reports.

4. **Testing and Quality Assurance**:Perform thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are functioning correctly.

5. **User Training**:Conduct user training sessions to familiarize clients with the Dynamics 365 Business Central system and its features.

6. **Documentation**:Create detailed documentation of configuration, processes, and user guides to ensure easy reference for clients and team members.

7. **Support and Troubleshooting**:Provide post-implementation support to clients, addressing issues, answering questions, and assisting with problem resolution.

8. **Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

9. **Stay Current**:Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

10. **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes, enhance system functionality, and improve the overall client experience.
