The Business Associate is an important role in supporting the sales team and helping to drive business growth.
This role involves assisting the sales team with strategies and maintaining relationships with existing clients and acquiring new customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with any administrative tasks related to the sales process, such as order entry and processing quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and deal progress.
- Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Qualify leads and help schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to discuss business needs and solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any queries or issues in a timely manner as necessary.
- Utilise various channels, such as networking and digital platforms to generate new leads and expand the customer base.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Local Diploma in any field. No experience is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and business development).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
