**Statement Of Purpose _(Overall Purpose of Job)_**
- To support Contracts Department
- To support Sales Department

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**

(A) Specific:

- Monthly Progress Claims to Clients / Main Con (Preparation, Submission and Closing).
- Taking Off Drawings for Projects under Tender Stage and Ongoing.
- Proposed Product based on Specs and Input Pricing for Project Tender.
- Consolidating Sub-Con Claims.

(B) General:

- Assist Contracts Manager for Project Finalization.
- Assist for Project Costing and Budgeting (Awarded Project).
- Assist to claim back Retention Monies from Client / Main Con.
- Prepare Shop Drawings / As-built Drawings (If necessary)
- Prepare Sales Quotation and follow up.
- Prepare BCA performance evaluation after project completed.
- Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

- Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

**Job Requirements**

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

- Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor in Quantity Surveyor & Civil Engineering
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills:

- PC literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Possess knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good in communication skills.
- Meticulous and a team-player.

(C) Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction quantity surveying.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- quantity surveying: 2 years (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
