**About our Client**

Our Client is an MNC and has a market lead position in the Lifestyle Consumer Electronics industry, with a multi-million turnover in worldwide markets. The company has a vision to combine innovation, knowledge and products. With increasing demand and new business ventures, they are currently looking for a Head of Integrated Business Planning to be an integral part of their business to assist and continue to improve the Value Chain.

Your major responsibilities will involve leading the Integrated Business Planning department, aligning and governing their long-term operational planning processes across the organization, working closely with Senior level stakeholders as a member of the IBP leadership team.

Your other responsibilities include:

- Long term integrated business planning across categories like manufacturing, markets and finance
- Full ownership of strategy
- Identifying gaps in delivery and creating action plans to compliment global plans on business strategy
- P&L management
- Governing S&OP processes, working closely with product strategy team

**The Successful Applicant**

You should possess a degree in Economics OR Engineering (any field) and you must have a significant years of experience in Engineering and Supply Chain as well as people management. Experience in Technology, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Electronic sectors will be an advantage. You should also be well versed with leading diverse and global teams, and experienced with operational and long-range planning. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
