We're on the lookout for **part-time café crew**who genuinely enjoy customer service and bring warmth, empathy, and great communication to the table. Whether you're a natural problem-solver or just someone who loves making someone’s day better, you could be the perfect fit for us.

**PART-TIME CAFE SERVICE CREW**
**Salary**:$10-12/hour
**Duration**:Part-time

**Shift options**:

- 9:30am - 5:30pm
- 9:30am - 3:30pm
- 11:30am - 5:30pm

(You’ll need to commit at least **3 days a week**, including **one weekend**shift)

**Locations**:

- Shenton Way
- Tanjong Pagar

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome every customer with a warm smile and friendly vibe—they're the reason we're here
- Answer questions, solve issues, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they came in
- Keep the café humming by serving up food and drinks efficiently and with care
- Work hand-in-hand with your teammates to keep things running smoothly, especially when it gets busy
- Stick to our daily routines and follow SOPs like a pro—consistency is key
- Keep the dining area, counters, and equipment clean, tidy, and ready for action
- Stay one step ahead—notice what customers or the café might need before they even ask
- Be punctual, present, and ready to roll for every shift
- Bring good energy to the team—support your crew and contribute to our positive cultureAnd occasionally, jump in on other tasks as needed—we’re all in this together

**What We’re Looking For**
- You’re able to commit at least **3 days a week (including one weekend shift**)
- You bring a solid work ethic and take pride in doing things right
- You don’t wait to be told—you see what needs doing and jump in
- You’ve got a problem-solving mindset and stay cool under pressure
- Experience in customer service or F&B? Awesome—but not a must
- You communicate clearly and confidently with all kinds of people
- You’re comfortable speaking English in a fast-paced, team setting
- You’re passionate about food, drinks, and making someone’s day
