**About Us**:
We are a licensed Singapore employment agency, specialising in the placement of foreign workers in Construction, Marine, Manufacturing, and Service Sector. We're expanding and seeking a like-minded **Strategic Recruitment Partner**to grow with us.

As the company grows and scales, you will play a key leadership role with the opportunity to lead and build your own recruitment team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated with industry trends and MOM regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.

**Requirements**:

- CEI Certified is a must.
- Proven experience in foreign worker recruitment, especially for Construction, Marine, Manufacturing, and Service sectors is a must.
- Strong knowledge of MOM work pass requirements and procedures.
- Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with hybrid work setup (Work from Home with occasional face-to-face meetups).
