**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O sign-off within the required time.
- Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement for automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan with ongoing efforts and include short term and long-term goals
- Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per the MIS
- Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance work
- Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and to contact the respective site in any emergency.
- **Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.**:

- Work with internal teams and deliver the work according to the planned schedule.
- Collate onsite operating parameters such as cold room and space temperature and verify using SCADA.
- Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite work.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
- Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
- **HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment**:

- A willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and independently
- Self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- High level of initiative with the ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
