**About the Role**
Reporting to Vice President, Centre of Excellence, you are responsible to lead and manage major corporate-level strategic business programs and transformation projects in line with the strategic objectives of the company to ensure successful achievement of the planned outcomes with good quality and sustainable benefits. The portfolio of projects may include, but not limited to, strategic growth & infrastructure projects, company-wide digital transformation projects, assets/offices investment projects, profit improvement program, or any other projects assigned by the Executive team.
In addition, you will provide expertise and guidance in project management and program management to all functions in the entire PTE organisation, with specific focus on implementation recommendations for successful outcomes. You should have good stakeholder management to manage the interfaces across multiple projects and multiple functions within the company, as well as the interfaces with Shareholders’ organisations.
You also acts as the Secretary to the Executive Team.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**Program Management**
- Provide expert advice & support on project management, optimisation opportunities and risk mitigation, etc. across the portfolio of projects within the program
- Lead stakeholder management across ADNOC, Borouge PTE and ADP to ensure good collaboration and alignment
- Effectively convey difficult concepts to program/project stakeholders and modifies personal approach and style to reflect changing needs at the program level
- Represent Borouge in Shareholder-initiated cross-company programs to provide inputs and support
- Influence the work of project team leaders & members who are outside of direct authority to ensure successful implementation of program objectives in line with company strategy
- Develop and monitor the metrics for reporting the progress of projects within the portfolio, enabling sponsors and stakeholders to have visibility and sufficient information to make the required decisions
- Prioritize the portfolio of initiatives and recommend the most suitable implementation plan to drive effectiveness
- Proactively identify changes (e.g. structure, processes, procedures, staffing, etc...) that need to be communicated; analyze and recommend process solutions to management that have broad business benefits
- Ensure standards of project management are maintained across the company and in line with Owners’ internal standards
- Establish adequate project governance within the program in line with company policies and governance structures
- Identify and conduct risks assessment and put in place mitigating actions and with close monitoring
- Involve in change management based on the scale of the program to ensure readiness of the organisation
**Project Management - Infrastructure Projects**
- Lead the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects in accordance with the company strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, compounding plant establishment and expansions as well as new offices and / or major office renovation
- Accountable for the performance of all project team members under direct and indirect leadership
- Plan, develop and manage project budget and resources ensuring on-time on-budget delivery of project outcomes with good quality
- Collaborate with the end user function to clarify their needs, establish & maintain good working relationship throughout the project, and keep them informed on the project progress
- Responsible for the contract development and negotiations of external vendor / consultant together with Borouge Procurement and legal
- Manage third party vendors to ensure project deliverables are met according to contract terms

**Project Management - Digital Transformation Projects**
- Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects or initiatives of a strategic business nature and manage all aspects of project life cycle to ensure successful delivery. This includes, but not limited to, business process improvement projects, digital automation projects, artificial intelligence / machine learning projects, or other transformation projects in collaboration with ADP or Shareholders
